| This fine print was commissioned by members of the Foothills British Car Club in 1995. The setting is Paris Mountain located north of Greenville and the cars were furnished by FBCC club members. Ranging from a 1937 MG TA to a 1980 MGB LE, the cars cover quite a bit of history at Abingdon. There is also an Austin Healey in this print which which was made at Abingdon as well. With the help of Bill Stroud this print was finished in the spring of 1996. To the sorrow of all who knew him, Bill Stroud died unexpectedly on July 6, 1996. Bill was a great lover of British cars and had produced many prints of British marques through the years. These "Foothills Classics" prints, a limited edition of 500, are numbered and signed by Bill Stroud. |
